What Is Kinesilogy Taping?
Though often used by athletes, taping can help during pregnancy as well. By lifting the skin and allowing lymph flow, many find that pain is reduced and movement is improved.

What Happens During a Session
We come to you in the Denver area and provide you with the tape and show your partner how to apply it. Because the tape goes around the back, it is not typically something that can be done on oneself.
You are able to purchase the tape for further applications.
You wear the tape for 2-3 days at a time, then remove for 1-2 days for your skin to recuperate.
You can reapply throughout pregnancy to enjoy more comfort.
When I was pregnant with my third son, I felt the difference between being pregnant at 25 with my first and 35 then. My chiropractor and his family are dear friends and were over for dinner. Dr. Tom had just gone to a training for taping and asked if he could tape me. Sure, why not?
So he applies the tape and asks how I feel. "Like you put tape on me?" was all I could say.
But the next morning, something amazing happened! I got up and walked to the restroom (pregnancy is glamorous, folks). I realize that sounds pretty mundane, but for the previous month or two, I had hobbled like a zombie. I got up and walked. Like an actual human, not in pain. The difference I felt was such a relief!
